ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION
  • Must pass 10+2 examination from any recognized board with at least 40% marks in aggregate & 40% marks in English (passed mean pass in Theory & Practical/ Project as applicable)
  • Or, Candidate passing in vocational stream from the Health care Science with English & with at least 40% marks in aggregate.
  • Or, Must be a registered ANM (with pass mark). Must be a permanent resident of WB. Age- Female- Minimum 17 years to 35 years as on 31/12/2023.
  • CANDIDATE MUST BE READ, WRITE & EXPRESS IN BENGALI & /Or NEPALI.

PROGRAM OUTCOME

We envision that upon successful completion of our program, students will be able to :
  • Integrate a variety of knowledge and skills to solve clients' health problems and core fundamental nursing skills according to clients' health needs.
  • Utilize communication skills to build therapeutic relationships & apply the nursing process based on critical thinking and scientific knowledge.
  • Explain the importance of interdisciplinary activities in solving client problems & incorporate nursing professional standards, code of ethics, and related laws to nursing practice.
  • Develop nursing leadership in nursing practice settings
